Software for restaurants: your own online ordering, KSeF invoices and a chat for guests
A restaurant pays delivery platforms a commission even on orders from its regulars, answers phone calls with questions at peak hours, and from January 1, 2027, has to issue invoices to businesses in KSeF, not from the cash register. The fix is your own website with a menu and online ordering, a chat that answers guests at any hour, and invoices issued straight in KSeF. We build websites with ordering from 2,350 EUR net, online stores with payments from 4,700 EUR net, and an AI chat from 1,650 EUR net.

Signs you have this problem
- Regulars order through a delivery platform, so you pay a commission on their orders too.
- At peak hours the phone rings with questions about the menu, opening hours and delivery, and nobody has time to answer it.
- Businesses ask for an invoice for lunch, and from 2027 you can no longer issue it from the cash register.
- You change prices in several places at once: on your website, on the platform and on Google.
What we build for restaurants and their suppliers
Your own ordering channel
A website with your menu, prices and online ordering, optimized for local search. That is how the website of Eleven Kebab & Pizza in Warsaw’s Ursynów district works.
A chat that answers guests
The AI chat answers questions about the menu, opening hours and delivery based on information we prepare together with you. When it is not sure of an answer, it suggests contacting the restaurant, and from the very first message it says that it is an AI.
Invoices for businesses in KSeF
An invoice for a business can be created straight in KSeF, without retyping data from the receipt. From 2027 an invoice for a business has to go to KSeF anyway.
A store for restaurant suppliers
A producer or wholesaler sells to restaurants online, with a demand calculator: the restaurant enters the number of servings, and the system works out kilograms per week and the cost per serving, as in the Siyami’s Meat store.
What changes in 2027
Until December 31, 2026, there is an exception for invoices from a cash register and for receipts showing the buyer’s tax number (NIP). From January 1, 2027, that exception ends: you issue invoices to businesses in KSeF, outside the cash register (as the law stood on October 12, 2026). If businesses often ask you for invoices, plan the change before the end of the year. We describe an 8-week checklist in our article on KSeF from 2027.
How it works in our projects
Eleven Kebab & Pizza has its own ordering channel, free of platform commissions: guests go from the menu to an order in a few taps on a phone.
Siyami’s Meat, a kebab meat producer, sells to restaurants and to individual customers in one store, with refrigerated delivery across Poland. The calculator shows a restaurant how much meat it needs per week and what a serving costs, before it asks for a quote.
