2. Data we collect
Contact details you provide voluntarily in the consultation booking calendar, in the chat and in emails you send us (first name, email address, phone number, message content, chosen consultation time and format). Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referral source, visit duration. AI chatbot conversations are stored to handle your inquiry and improve the quality of answers.
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
Getting back to you and answering your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR, i.e. performance of a contract or our legitimate interest). Arranging and holding a consultation booked in the calendar, including confirmations and reminders by SMS and email (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e. steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract). Handling the sales process and presenting our offer (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Visit statistics and improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Marketing our own services, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Measuring the performance of our Google Ads campaigns and personalizing ads, only with your consent to marketing cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Data recipients
Technical infrastructure providers: Hetzner Online GmbH (website hosting, CRM and consultation calendar server in the EU), Neon Tech Inc. (PostgreSQL database), OpenAI (running the chatbot), the operator of HostedSMS.pl (SMS confirmations and reminders of consultations, and SMS notifications to our team about a new inquiry, containing your first name, contact details and the beginning of your message), an SMTP provider (sending email) and Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics and Google Ads: visit statistics and ad performance measurement; cookies only with your consent, see section 7).
5. Retention period
Data you provide in the booking calendar, in the chat and in correspondence is retained for up to 3 years from the last contact, unless we are required to keep it longer (e.g. under tax law). Server logs are retained for up to 12 months. Chatbot conversations are retained for up to 12 months.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing. If we process your data on the basis of your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise your rights, write to kontakt@unseen.com.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl) or the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.
7. Cookies
This website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work and, with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing cookies (Google Ads: measuring ad performance and personalizing ads). Google’s tools run in Consent Mode: until you give your consent, they neither store nor read cookies, and Google receives only cookieless signals (such as the time of the visit, the browser type and the page address), from which it estimates statistics and ad performance. You can withdraw your consent at any time in your browser settings or via the cookie consent banner.
8. Data transfers outside the EEA
Some providers (OpenAI, Neon Tech Inc., Google) are based in the United States or transfer data there. Such transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and, for companies certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, also on the adequacy decision of the European Commission.
