Contact details you provide voluntarily via the contact form and chat (name, email, phone, message content). Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referral source, session duration. AI chatbot conversations are stored to service your request and improve response quality.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Responding to your inquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f), i.e. performance of a contract or legitimate interest). Sales process and offer presentation (Art. 6(1)(f)). Site analytics and service improvement (Art. 6(1)(f)). Marketing of our own services, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. Data recipients
Technical infrastructure providers: Vercel Inc. (hosting), Neon Tech Inc. (PostgreSQL database), OpenAI (chatbot processing), SMTP provider (email delivery). All processors have been reviewed for GDPR compliance.
5. Retention period
Contact form data is retained for up to 3 years from the last contact, unless longer retention is required (e.g. tax law). Server logs are retained for up to 12 months. Chatbot conversations are retained for up to 12 months.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, data portability, and object to processing. Some providers (OpenAI, Vercel) are based in the United States. Transfers are carried out under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.
