2. Data we collect

Contact details you provide voluntarily via the contact form and chat (name, email, phone, message content). Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referral source, session duration. AI chatbot conversations are stored to service your request and improve response quality.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Responding to your inquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f), i.e. performance of a contract or legitimate interest). Sales process and offer presentation (Art. 6(1)(f)). Site analytics and service improvement (Art. 6(1)(f)). Marketing of our own services, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Data recipients

Technical infrastructure providers: Vercel Inc. (hosting), Neon Tech Inc. (PostgreSQL database), OpenAI (chatbot processing), SMTP provider (email delivery). All processors have been reviewed for GDPR compliance.

5. Retention period

Contact form data is retained for up to 3 years from the last contact, unless longer retention is required (e.g. tax law). Server logs are retained for up to 12 months. Chatbot conversations are retained for up to 12 months.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, data portability, and object to processing. If we process data based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Exercise your rights via kontakt@unseen.com.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).

7. Cookies

The site uses cookies strictly necessary for operation and, with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can withdraw consent at any time via your browser settings or the cookie consent banner.

8. Data transfers outside the EEA

Some providers (OpenAI, Vercel) are based in the United States. Transfers are carried out under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.
