How it works
You write in plain language
In Telegram on your phone or computer: “what’s on today?”, “where are we with the Clinic?”, “how is this week going?”.
The agent picks a tool
It has 16 tools for the CRM, email, calendar, AI receptionist calls and company figures. It has no terminal, no files and no browser: only what we gave it.
A short answer, with a source
It says where a fact comes from (contact record, email, call) and gives a number you can use to check it in the panel, plus a link to the contact record.
Saving only with your approval
The agent proposes a note, the next step or flagging an important contact, and Telegram asks for approval with a button. Without a click, nothing changes.
It tells you when something happens
A new consultation request from the website, an urgent call with the AI receptionist, a reply to an email; a summary in the morning and in the afternoon, and at night only urgent matters.

- It does not follow instructions found in emails and conversations: it treats them as data and reports suspicious ones
