AI real estate agent for agency websites: it talks by voice, shows listings and books a call with an agent
It is an AI assistant on a real estate agency’s website that clients can talk to by voice or in writing. It selects listings from the agency’s CRM and shows them next to the conversation (photos, price, floor area), and when the client wants to know more, it books a call with an agent at a free time slot. In its first sentence it says that it is an AI. The product is finished and is being tested with its first client, a real estate agency. We price deployment from 1,650 EUR net.

How it works
The client clicks and chooses voice or text
Before the microphone is switched on, they see a notice that they are talking to an AI. If they are viewing a specific listing, the assistant knows about it straight away.
It works out what the client is looking for
Buying, renting or selling; city, district, floor area and budget.
It shows listings on screen
Listings from the agency’s CRM appear next to the conversation. When the assistant talks about the kitchen or the balcony, it switches to the photo with that caption.
It books a call or a viewing
It offers free slots from the calendar, collects the name and phone number with consent and reads them back to the client for confirmation.
The lead goes into the CRM
With the source tagged and an analysis of the conversation, so the agent knows who they will be talking to and what about.
